Philip Miller, 1691-1771, English gardener. The Gardeners Kalendar first published in 1732, was frequently reprinted and translated into several European languages. The work is dedicated to the Master, Thomas Harris, Wardens and other Members of the Court of Assistants of the Worshipful Society of Apothecaries of London.
