Wooton's Short View was sold to Congress in 1815. In the catalogue of 1815 it was reclassified into chapter 43, where the description will be found. (see no. 4854.)
In Jefferson's entry the word Hickes's in the book's title is correctly written.

Cornelius de Schryver, 1482-1558, a native of Amsterdam, was the author of this abridgment of the work of Olaus Magnus, first published in Antwerp in 1558.
