where it is not repeated after the third edition, 1710. It is possible that in the edition of 1725 the tables of interest
are different, as in that of 1733 (a copy in the Library of Congress), they run from 3 to 8 per cent, and for 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 months.
Little is known concerning the author of this work; the first edition was published in 1710 and the book was frequently reprinted.
