Richard Tickell, 1751-1793, English pamphleteer and dramatist, was a brother-in-law of Sheridan. The earlier editions of this pamphlet, a satirical forecast of the proceedings at the opening of parliament, were published in the same year. The Advertisement at the beginning is dated November 23, 1778.
